12:12. அவன் தன்னைத் தாழ்த்தினபடியினால், கர்த்தர் அவனை முழுதும் அழிக்காதபடிக்கு அவருடைய கோபம் அவனை விட்டுத் திரும்பிற்று; யூதாவிலே இன்னும் சில காரியங்கள் சீராயிருந்தது.

12:12. ரெகொபெயாம் தனக்குள்ளே அடக்கமாகத் தாழ்வாக இருந்தபோது கர்த்தர் அவன் மீதுள்ள கோபத்தை விலக்கிக்கொண்டார். எனவே, கர்த்தர் ரெகொபெயாமை முழுவதுமாக அழிக்கவில்லை. ஏனென்றால் யூதாவில் சிலவற்றை நன்மையானதாகக் கண்டார்.

12:12. So when Rehoboam humbled himself, the LORD relented from his anger and did not annihilate him; Judah experienced some good things.
